Product and Packaging

From time to time BWL may modify and improve its product and/or its packaging. When making purchases from BWL website, you agree that the actual product you receive may have slight variance from its corresponding picture and/or specification presented on the website. BWL is not in any obligation to supply product in the exact accordance to its corresponding picture and/or specification.

Pricing

-	BWL strives to ensure that product prices and product details advertised on BWL website are correct and up-to-date. BWL reserves the right to vary the product prices and other product details without prior notice.
-	The prices on BWL website are for internet online purchases only. It may from time to time differ from those charged at BWL outlets.
-	BWL shall not be liable for any inconvenience in the event that your order is not fulfilled for any reasons.
-	There is a purchase limit of Five Thousand Singapore Dollar per member per day when you make purchases from BWL Singapore website. BWL reserves the right to change this purchase limit without prior notice.

Shipping

When making purchases from BWL website, shipping charge may apply. It is calculated based on the total weight of your ordered products, your shipping destination country and the selected shipping method. Due to various regulatory and business constraints, BWL and its shipping provider partners may not provide delivery to all countries in the world.

Additional Taxes, Levies and Duties

When making purchases from BWL website, you agree that costs from additional taxes, levies and duties that may be imposed by the country of your shipping destination are to be borne by you. These extra costs are excluded from the purchase grand total amount. You are therefore strongly advised to clarify this matter with the authority in the shipment destination country prior to making any order.

ENP Commissions and Rebates

Where applicable, you will be entitled to ENP Commissions and/or Rebates resulting from your purchase from BWL website. For the purpose of calculating these remunerations, BWL will use the month in which you confirm your purchase, as the remuneration payout month; for which you will be paid. The monthly cut-off time for this purpose shall fall on the last day of each month according to our website server's system of Singapore time (GMT+8).

Risk of Product Loss and Confiscation

BWL strives to engage the service of professional and reliable shipping providers to deliver products you order from this website. However this does not guarantee you will eventually receive the products due to the risk of loss or confiscation. This risk is transferred to you after BWL ship out your order.

Estimated Shipment Arrival Time

Where applicable, BWL estimates and informs you the amount of time required for your shipment to arrive at your designated shipping address. Although BWL takes every best effort to ensure your shipment arrives on time, this is however not guaranteed. The timeliness of your shipment is still subjected to the custom clearance at the country of your shipping destination.

-	Personal Particulars These are the data you would have given us either through printed forms or other electronic means such as emails or online forms. This kind of data include, but not limited to, Identity Number, Contact Information, Date of Birth, Spouse Details, Gender, Subscription and Bank Account Number. Note that bank account number is necessary only for members who opt to be paid commission by BWL through bank transfer into their bank accounts.
-	Technical Information From time to time BWL collects technical data pertaining to your browsing and shopping experiences. This tracking enables BWL to continuously improve the website, products and services provided to you.
-	Business Information BWL keeps the record of your past orders and fulfillment transaction records. This helps BWL to carry out its business planning and analysis, as well as to improve the quality of products and services provided you.

How BWL ensure your information are kept safe and private:

Among many control measures, BWL also implements the following measures to ensure your information with us are kept safe, and your privacy is not compromised:

-	Firewall to protect the systems against the unauthorized access from the internet.
-	Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to secure your data during its transmission on the Internet.
-	BWL do not collect and store your credit card information in our system. The credit card information you provide during your online purchase is safely kept as a transaction record in the system belonging to the payment service provider, which implements the highest standard of security mechanism.
-	Latest and up-to-date antivirus software is actively monitoring and protect BWL systems from the work of malicious software and attacks.

Membership shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

Membership

-	BA, BM, SBM, BBM, SD, GD and PD are all registered Independent Distributors of Best World Lifestyle Pte Ltd. (hereinafter refered as BWL)
-	Valid membership is required for participation in BWL's Enterprise Network Programme.
-	There exist no agreements, promises or understandings between you and BWL except as specifically set forth in these rules and regulations.
-	You have no right to bind BWL over any obligations or contract in any way or for any purpose.

Membership Status

-	Your membership is valid for one year. During this period, you are not permitted to re-register with BWL and participate in its Enterprise Network Programme.
-	As a VIP Member, you are entitled to purchase BWL products at Member Price and to avail of any of its ongoing sales promotions, but not entitled to participate in BWL's Enterprise Network Programme.
-	For Member whom had no purchase record for the last 12 months, the membership is deemed to have lapsed completely. This shall result in the deactivation of the Member's status from the line of sponsorship and nullification of his or her entitlements in the ENP.
-	For Members who wish to re-register after their membership have lapsed, the Company reserves the right not to accept application for re-registration and Company's decision is final.

Inheritance & Transfer

-	Your rights and interests to BWL Enterprise Network Programme can be willed. The beneficiary can only take possession of the inheritance due to old age, emigration, disability or death.
-	The beneficiary must be your immediate family member and be aged 18 and above. He/she shall meet the respective eligibility and continue to perform your duties and responsibilities in order to participate in BWL Enterprise Network Programme.

Responsibility of Distributors

-	You shall make your best efforts to obtain information concerning product, promotion and procedures released by BWL.
-	You shall manage your own group of members at your own expenses, which may include, but are not limited to telephone contact, marketing materials, training, meetings, advertisement, entertainment and rental incurred from any events organized by you.
-	You shall provide training and education about BWL's Product and Enterprise Network Programme to your downline members.
-	You shall conduct regular follow-up, supervision and review with your downline members.
-	You shall adhere to selling products to consumers at Selling Price (SP) and distributors at Distributors Price (DP).
-	You agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations and to make your best efforts to recommend BWL's Product and Enterprise Network Programme.

Prohibited Activities

-	You shall not make any false or misleading representation about BWL, its entity, its business and its products.
-	You shall not omit any material particular to BWL's products.
-	You shall not use fraud, coercion, harassment or resort to any unlawful means in promoting BWL's products.
-	You shall not display products in shops of any nature which are not authorized stockist (Lifestyle Centre).
-	You shall not sell products at unauthorized discount prices.
-	You shall not make use of any of BWL's intellectual properties without its formal written consent.

Taxes

-	Members bear the responsibility of filing their tax returns and paying their taxes accordingly in their respective countries.
-	For income derived from foreign markets, Company reserves the right to deduct any withholding tax in accordance to the tax authorities of the respective markets without prior notice given.
-	Company reserves the right to request passport copy or any other identification documents for withholding tax purposes in the event of foreign incomes. You shall accept full responsibilities for the non-payment or delayed payment of foreign incomes if Members fail to produce the required documents on time.
-	Members who intend to conduct international sponsoring activities must obtain a local tax number and relevant permits for the process of their bonus entitlement in countries where the law stipulates this as a regulated practice for any business activities.

Others

-	You understand that these Rules and Regulations on your membership may be amended and updated by BWL at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
-	The company reserves the rights to amend and/or change the rules and regulations as and when the company see fit.
