RULES & REGULATIONS FOR BWL MEMBERSHIP

Membership Fundamentals & Requirements

VIP, BA, BM, SBM, BBM, SD, GD, PD, SPD and SDA are all registered Independent Members of Best World Lifestyle (hereinafter referred as BWL).
To be a BWL Member, you must fill up the Membership Application Form and agree to abide by the DSA code of ethics.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and comply with BWL Membership Rules & Regulation and local government compliances.
Valid membership is required for participation in BWL Enterprise Network Programme (hereinafter referred to as ENP/ENP+).

Member Personal Data Protection And Privacy

BWL upholds our Members' privacy rights in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The company may collect, use, and disclose your personal data in compliance with PDPA. Our policy is enforced globally, unless otherwise specified. The comprehensive Personal Data Protection Policy can be accessed on BWL Group website, www.bwlgroup.com or on respective region websites.
BWL is not responsible for any marketing and promotional content that is disseminated through unofficial BWL platforms. You are deemed to have consented to receive the marketing and promotional contents within the Member community via mass communications channels on instant messaging group and group messaging. You can opt out of receiving this content at any time by leaving the communication channels or group.

Membership Validity And Extension

Your membership is valid from the date of activation until the end of the corresponding month in the following year. If you purchase any product with BV using your own Member code within the year, your membership will automatically extended for another year from the month of purchase.
If you did not make any purchases within the year of your membership validity period, your membership shall be deemed to have lapsed completely. You will not be able to participate in and avail of various benefits and right in ENP/ENP+.
If you wish to participate in BWL ENP/ENP+ after your membership has lapsed, you are required to re-register as a VIP or BA Member. Your previous membership rights and benefits, along with all relationship to downlines, membership entitlements, and membership rank, will be terminated immediately. However, BWL reserves the right not to accept application for re-registration and BWL decision is final.
You are not allowed to change your upline after your membership has been activated.
You must ensure that the identification number provided in the Membership Application Form is valid. If the identification number is found to be invalid, your membership shall be deemed as invalid immediately.
If your spouse is a Member of BWL, you are required to join the same membership or maintain a sponsor-downline relationship.
In cases where there are duplicate memberships, the Company will terminate the membership with later join date, regardless of rank or other relevant factors.

Membership Termination

You may self-terminate your membership at any time by notifying your sponsor and BWL. The notification must include your full name, Member code and reason(s) for termination. This shall result in deactivating of your status from the line of sponsorship and nullifying your entitlements henceforth, according to the ENP/ENP+. You can only re-register after a lockout period of 90/180 days depending on your Member rank from the date of termination. BWL reserves the right not to accept your re-registration and its decision is final.
During the validity of the membership or throughout the lockout period, it is explicitly prohibited to utilize other's identity including but not limited to parents, spouse, children, sibling, or others for the purpose of registering a membership and partake in any business, training, conference, or any activities organized by BWL.
BWL may also at its sole and absolute discretion suspend or terminate your membership at any time if you are discovered to violate the Member Handbook, Member Agreement, Membership Rules and Regulation, ENP or related corporate business laws. And the company reserves the right to take legal action to recover the loss incurred by the above-mentioned violation, including the cost of arbitration, court fees and lawyer expenses.

Responsibilities of Member

You shall make your best efforts to obtain information concerning products, promotions, policies and procedures via the Company's website.
You shall proactively frequent the EXS "Dashboard" to check your sales and bonuses fulfillment conditions.
You shall manage your own group of Members at your own expenses, which may include, but are not limited to telephone contact, marketing materials, training, meetings, advertisement, entertainment, and rental incurred from any events organized by you.
You should provide training and education about BWL products and BWL marketing plan to your downlines.

Transfer of Membership And Inheritance

Membership is non-transferable by commercial or non-commercial transactions, except via Inheritance.
Your rights and interests to BWL ENP/ENP+ can be inherited to a designated beneficiary. The Inheritance Form can be accessed and downloaded through EXS "Resources".
The beneficiary must be your immediate family member and be aged 18 and above. He/she shall meet the respective eligibility and continue to perform your duties and responsibilities in order to participate in BWL ENP/ENP+.
In the event that the beneficiary is below the age of 18, a trustee accepted by law may be appointed to carry out business under the membership.
If a beneficiary has not been appointed after 12 months of the decease of the Member, the membership will be deemed voluntarily relinquished.
BWL will hold the final decision regarding the heir and successor arrangement and membership rights.

Prohibited Activities

You and your spouse must not use identifier of other individual for unauthorized registrations.
You and your spouse must not solicit or systematically entice any Member with valid membership from another line of sponsorship to change their sponsor.
You must not endorse/promote any products/marketing plan of another company and speak on behalf/allow their names or likeness to be used in any way that competes with BWL or products of BWL.
You must not use, modify, and reproduce BWL's intellectual properties, without the consent of BWL.
You must not display BWL's products in retail stores and other commercial establishment with the intent to sell, without the consent of BWL.
You are strictly prohibited to sell BWL's products directly to customers through mass communication channels, including but not limited to websites, social media platform, blog, online store, e-commerce platform or any other unauthorized sales channel.
You are prohibited from setting up any website for the purpose of prospecting and/or selling BWL products.
You must not mislead or misrepresent BWL's product information during your presentation. This includes information relating to price, quality, make, grade, contents, model, place of origin, availability etc. of BWL's products.
You must not retail BWL's products with unauthorized discounts and/or promotions.
You are not allowed to re-package, change, or alter the packaging of BWL's products.
You must place order with your own Member code directly at any of BWL's sales channels and you must not retail BWL's products to other Members.

Bonuses

Commissions, rewards, rebates, incentives, sharings and benefits (hereinafter referred to as bonuses) are all expressions used by BWL to describe the privileges which a qualified Member will receive.
Bonusable Volume (BV) shall be calculated in Singapore Dollars. BWL shall decide on the appropriate exchange rates for bonus calculations.
The total BV accumulated by you in various regions shall be consolidated and calculated in BWL Headquarters (Singapore).
BWL will convert and distribute all your accumulated bonuses from both local and various regions into your region's local currency based on your payout region.
Bonuses shall be issued on the 15th day of the month, made in the form of electronic payment. In the event that the 15th day falls on a public holiday, bonus payment shall be issued on the next working day.
You shall submit your bank account details in order to receive your bonuses. Alternatively, you can keep your bonuses in your EXS Wallet.
You may download your electronic monthly and yearly bonus statements via EXS "Statement" on BWL website or mobile application.
It is your responsibility to verify that the bonus amounts stated in your electronic bonus statements and the amount received in your bank account or EXS Wallet are accurate. In the event of discrepancy, it is your duty to inform BWL before the end of the same month.

Taxes

You may print your yearly income statement by logging onto the EXS "Statement".
You shall be responsible to submit your personal earnings and pay your taxes accordingly, in order to comply with the tax regulations of the respective countries.
For your bonuses contributed from foreign markets, BWL reserves the rights to deduct any withholding tax in accordance to the tax authorities of the respective countries without prior notice given to you.
To comply with the laws of the relevant tax authorities, BWL reserves the right to request for a passport copy, local tax reference number or any other identification certificates/documents for withholding tax purposes in the event of foreign bonuses. You shall accept full responsibility for the non-payment or delayed payment of foreign bonuses should you fail to produce the required documents on time.

Others

You shall update any changes to your personal information via EXS "My Account" or fill in the Amendment Form to prevent discrepancies that may occur during communication and delivery of information.
BWL reserves the rights to make changes to the product prices and BV according to market conditions.
You may login to EXS "Resources" to obtain the most updated version of BWL Member Handbook.
You shall refer to BWL Member Handbook for any Rules and Regulations not stipulated on the Membership Application Form.
BWL reserves the rights to amend and/or change the Rules and Regulations at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
The right of final interpretation of the above terms belongs to BWL .
